Large living room with dining area, colour T.V. video/DVD player, stereo and coal effect fire.
Archway room set up as a dining room seating 8, if required
this can be replaced with a double bed settee to make a 4th bedroom.
Fully fitted kitchen with attractive pine
units, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washer/drier. A laundry room is also available in the Byre.
The layout of Edenmouth Lodge makes it
available as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom holiday
cottage.

What's included at Edenmouth :
Plenty of additional parking.
Central heating, electricity, linen (The beds are made up on arrival with duvets - if you'd prefer blankets please let us know in advance),
one set of towels including hand towels per person, tea towels and oven glove. On arrival: We supply enough tea, coffee and milk to get you started. One toilet roll per loo and,
hand soap, one kitchen roll, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets. On request at no extra charge: we can supply a cot and high chair but please bring your own cot bedding.
Pets are welcome provided basic rules are adhered to.
We must be advised in advance and there is an extra charge of £10 per pet per stay. Games Room: This is available for guest use and comprises of a table tennis table and dart board.
There is also a variety of outdoor games equipment. Laundry: There is a washer/dryer in the Lodge cottage.
Each cottage has a folding airer and there is also an outside clothes line and pegs. Smoking: Please do not smoke within any of the cottages.
